Staff wellbeing coaching group
The focus of this group is to support staff wellbeing through coaching practices, providing opportunities for colleagues to reflect on their own growth, values, careers, meaning, and purpose. As staff gain insights through coaching for themselves, they can also apply these exploratory tools to support students in their reflective practice. Alongside this, the group will provide opportunities for practice-sharing, exploring coaching models and exchanging ideas on embedding coaching within staff development, including the option for members to deliver group coaching sessions.
Finally, the group aims to drive systemic change by contributing to the wider narrative around the interdependence of staff and student wellbeing. This holistic approach is intended to create a ripple effect that benefits both staff and students.
