Peer coaching circles

This group is open to anyone with an interest in coaching circles - also referred to as coaching groups, peer development groups and mentoring circles - as a format for coaching that can be combined with, or (in some contexts) be an alternative to the dominant one-to-one coaching format.

Our aim is to create a space where coaches and those supporting the development of coaching skills can collaboratively develop a better understanding of what peer coaching circles can bring to academic practice.

Sessions 2026/2027

• Practice sharing

• Additional themes exploration, e.g.  Peer-coaching and/ vs. Team coaching

• Developing a resource with guidelines for facilitating peer-coaching circles in different contexts
