Join the editors of the newly published Coaching and Mentoring Students in Higher Education: A Practitioner Guide to Developing Independent Learners—Enya-Marie Clay, Jennifer Hillman, and Dave Lochtie—for an engaging and practice-focused webinar exploring how coaching and mentoring can transform student support in higher education.


This session introduces key themes from the book, which provides a comprehensive, evidence-based guide for student support and learning development professionals seeking to deliver impactful coaching and mentoring interventions. Drawing on the book’s practitioner research, student feedback, and real-world case studies, the webinar will examine how coaching approaches can support student wellbeing and academic development—particularly for those from marginalised or underrepresented backgrounds.
